Kessler Collapse: Clean the Orbit
Kessler Collapse:
Clean the Orbit
The year is 2126.
The phenomenon known as Kessler Syndrome has closed off the space for humanity. Earth's orbit is full of space junk, and we are not able to send rockets in space anymore.
Collect 1000 kg of debris to restore the orbit.
Controls:
- Mouse: Hover/Move to collect debris.
- Goal: Deorbit 1000 kg of space junk.

There's the genesis of a good idea in here, and that's one of being an infinitely small incremental.
The Syndrome Kessler posited was one where large pieces of space junk collide and become increasingly smaller and more numerous pieces of space junk - eventually creating a cloud of tiny particles that will prohibit space flight in the future as well as some astronomy.
There's scope in here for incorporating this aspect of the Syndrome, but game creators for years have struggled with collision mechanics in their games.
I wish you much luck with it and look forward to seeing how it develops!
Thank you for your comment!
We really appreciate that someone who knows about Kessler Syndrome has played our prototype :-)
Please stay tuned, we will upload update soon!
I've noticed the percentage charges to only about 60%
Thank you for the comment! It's really important for us!
Yes, it was a bug in code, it's fixed, we are going to upload new version in coming days.
Not bad, but theres a lack of incentive to buy fuel. Theres no gain to staying out longer, and no penalty for fuel running out. Plus, its almost better to have it shorter so the shop comes more often. Would be neat if maybe the longer you were out, the more rocks came per cycle or smth like that
Thank you!
Yes, you are right, we plan to correct that. Longer run, better junk.
We will implement it soon. Stay tuned :-)
